1 - Business/Customer Requirements Gathering
Requirements gathering or requirements analysis is critical to the success of a development project. Our team of experts first analyzes the business/customer needs or opportunities. They identify their requirements which are actionable, measurable, testable, related to system and sufficient for system design.

2 - Analysis
In second step our team experts/analysts perform detailed analysis of information system with a view to designing or modifying it to meet the needs of the end user. This includes investigating a proposed system for feasibility and cost. Our analysts employ several modern techniques like prototyping and use cases to elicit the requirements from the customer so that a system that meets the business needs is produced.

3 - Design & Development
In Design and Development phase, first our team of experts starts designing the system according to the information gathered in Analysis phase. When Design of system is finalized, our programmers develop this system according to the final design.

4 - Testing
Our QA team is involved from very first phase to ensure the quality of software. QA team reviews Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Functional Specification (FS) and Design Documents to remove bugs at earlier stages. But to make software totally bug/error free after its development, different types of testing like Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance, Performance and Regression are performed. Our strict Quality Assurance policy makes software products to deploy and execute successfully.

5- Deployment
The last phase of our process is the deployment of software system at client site. In this phase training of new system is given to staff/end-users, system manual/ system help is also provided.
