CSi-USA has been involved in the development of Billing and Administrative Software for MedOffice. The software is designed to support billing through the insurance companies and currently the data for the HCFA forms is dumped in delimited files to the central billing station.

Now the entire process is being transformed on the Web application designed to support HCFA 1490 and HCFA 1500 forms and will support the direct mailing to the clearinghouse.

A separate Add-on is being designed to support the general Administration form the doctors’ appointments point of view. The application is versatile enough to take the multiple appointments and multiple locations.

The software is designed to provide extensive reporting for follow-up, control and management, using Crystal Report. Hence providing the textbook example of Customer Moment of Value.
