This project entailed to integrate the Philips Weighing Scales, installed on Motorways, which would measure and store the weight of each axle of the vehicle and determine the penalties if the axle was over weight.

This is an ongoing contract that has two phases. The first was completed successfully, and included:

• Evaluating the existing weight measurement application
• Studying the Weight Scale's Input and Output specifications
• The second phase of the project involves the following:
• Application development for the Weighing Scale
• Integrating the application with the hardware through RS-232
